2. We are developing a leadership competency programme for all staff for the use of digital technology. The right team set the ethos.
3. We continually link up with others to collaborate and share best practice. Resources are limited in our sector. We gain inspiration from pockets of excellence everywhere.
4. We develop curriculum that makes the college unique and responds to learners, employers, the community and area. Working with particular groups to introduce bespoke and targeted learning materials and courses.
5. Reward staff who perform well. Staff feel valued.
