How to stop procrastinating

September is fast approaching when students return to school, college and university. In a poll of 2,000 students it was found that procrastination was a major cause of stress in students.

Help your students use technology for effective learning and help them with strategies and solutions to be active learners.

There are many internet blockers that can be installed on PCs, laptops and tablets, which can block the user visiting the internet for a certain length of time set. One I use and like is StayFocusd, which is installed in Chrome.
